Shipping and returns information for the launch-prep store routes.

Current status

Checkout is not fully live yet. When physical products launch, delivery prices, windows and restrictions should be shown before purchase.

Supply Crates may have limited stock or drop windows. Final crate contents, dispatch timing and substitutions should be shown clearly before sale.

Returns/refunds should be handled according to the final product type, condition and any hygiene/age-restricted product rules.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, customers should contact Fourtwentystreet with the order details and photos where useful.
